What is the France Talent Passport?
The France Talent Passport is a multi-year residence permit designed for non-EU nationals with exceptional skills, qualifications, or investment capacity. It offers a streamlined process for individuals who can contribute to France’s economy, innovation, education, and culture.
This program provides the right to live and work in France for up to 4 years (renewable) and opens a pathway to permanent residency or citizenship after 5 years.

Entrepreneurs and Business Creators , Qualified or Highly Qualified Employees, Artists and Cultural Professionals, Innovative Project Leaders, Researchers and Scientists etc.
Application process
Apply for a Long-Stay Visa marked “Talent Passport” from the French Consulate in your home country, On arrival in France, validate your visa and apply for a residence card (Carte de séjour) and then Bring your family under the Talent Passport – Family Visa
Time to process
Visa approval: 1 to 3 months Residence permit issued: After arrival in France
The Talent Passport is valid for up to four years and is renewable. Spouses and minor children of Talent Passport holders are eligible for residence permits, allowing them to live and work in France.
